I had a comfortable stay at this hotel with a great location and cooperative staff, but the cleanliness of the rooms could definitely be improved. Additionally, there's a lack of attention to minor details like not having a kettle for tea or coffee in the room. The restaurant experience was mixed with average food quality and some confusion regarding guest seating. Overall, it felt like a decent value for money stay, but there are areas that need enhancement.
